Lawfirm

The law firm was established in 1982 by Prof.Dr. J. Hintermayr and is now composed of eight partners and several associates. The firm advises foreign and domestic business clients on all aspects of commercial and business law. Besides the core business, the law firm has developed a renowned expertise in competition law, intellectual property law (trade marks, designs, copyrights, software, unfair competition), media law (print and audiovisual medias, cartels, internet) and EC law.

The partners of the firm are members in several boards of austrian companies and trusts.
